By engaging Bluegrass Aerial Imaging LLC, the client agrees to the following terms:

  • All services are subject to availability, weather, and airspace restrictions.

  • Payment is required according to the agreed payment terms.

  • Deliverables are provided as digital files; physical media is not included.

  • The Company is not responsible for property conditions not visible from aerial imagery.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service if safety or legal compliance cannot be ensured.

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the Company unless otherwise stated.
